CRNS Policy Governance

The Executive Director operates under a framework that is defined by policies created by the CRNS Council.

The policies that govern the position of the Executive Director generally fall under the association’s strategic ends and also set parameters around risk. The policies were developed over a number of years and are reviewed annually by the CRNS Council. The CRNS’s Executive Director is responsible for reporting back to Council against these policies on a regular basis.
