This presentation will give an overview of the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario Best Practice Guideline called Developing and Sustaining Nursing Leadership. It will give evidence-based examples of how nurses can meet the CRNS leadership competencies. Participants will leave with concrete examples of how they can demonstrate professional leadership and enhance their practice.
