In this webinar we will look at PTSD and how mentoring can be part of the support structure. We will look at this topic from the perspective of how we can better serve someone with PTSD/mental health challenges but also from a self-care perspective. We need to be able to make sure that we are healthy physically and mentally to be in a good place to be able to help others.
