License Renewal
The 2025 College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) yearly license renewal will open on September 24 and run until November 30, 2024.
Annual license renewal is an opportunity to reaffirm your commitment to the values of registered nursing. It is also required to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Registered Nurse with Additional Authorized Practice [RN(AAP)] in Saskatchewan.
The CRNS is in the process of transitioning to a new registrant database called Alinity. You will notice a new design when completing your 2025 renewal form. We ask for your patience as we work through the implementation of this new system.
Renewal Requirements
We would encourage you to take some time to review the requirements for licensure renewal:
- Maintaining eligibility and the hourly bylaw requirement. If you have any questions, please contact renew@crns.ca.
- Continuing Competence Program (CCP) requirements. Questions can be directed to practiceadvice@crns.ca.
Ongoing license renewal reminders will be sent out to registrants in the coming months.
