Applying as an NP from Saskatchewan
This section is for you if you’re an RN in Saskatchewan and completed your NP education in Saskatchewan
Requirements for Licensure
- Successfully complete an approved NP education program
- Hold a current RN license in Saskatchewan
- Proof of successful completion of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Module (CDSA) from Sask. Polytechnic or Athabasca University if it was not part of your NP program.
- Current Canadian Criminal Record Check
- Proof of passing the approved national NP exam
Application for Licensure Process
- Complete the online NP application, submit and pay required fees.
- Provide proof of successful completion of CDSA Module and upload it to the CRNS, if applicable.
- Submit a current Canadian Criminal Record Check (no more than 6 months old from date of your application).
Once you have successful passed the exam you will be eligible to license as NP in Saskatchewan if you have met the other requirements for licensure.
